Return policy at a glance
- Return window: Request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Returns Policy
Return window
Your 30-day return window begins on the delivery date. Contact us to request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Eligible items
Items must be new, unopened, and in good resalable condition. The exclusions below apply.
Restocking fee and freight
All accepted returns incur a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the price paid for the returned merchandise. The customer pays return freight. Original freight charges are nonrefundable.
Nonreturnable products
Embroidered products and specially made orders cannot be returned. Specially made orders include custom sizes or lengths and extra-large sizes made to order, such as 5XL, 6XL, and 7XL. Special-order status will be noted or communicated before the order is processed.
How to request a return
Contact Us with your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions.
Refund timing
We issue refunds for accepted returns within 1–2 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Return transit time is separate from our refund processing time.
Shipping
Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are processed and shipped the same day, depending on availability. Some products are made to order and have a lead time of 2–5 days. We will notify you if this applies.
After an order ships, delivery to most commercial locations generally takes 1–5 business days. This is an estimate; arrival times vary by location. Processing and made-to-order lead times are separate from the delivery estimate. If needed, we may ship directly from the manufacturer to speed up shipping or fulfill an item that is not in stock. Our stock changes frequently.
International orders ship through the customer's freight forwarder. Contact us before ordering to coordinate the shipping arrangements. The 1–5 business-day delivery estimate does not cover the freight forwarder's onward international transit.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. Depending on the provider, these estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Item weights appear on product detail pages. To reflect shipping-company policies, weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Incorrect shipping addresses
If a package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a $12.50 charge applies. Please check your shipping address before completing checkout.
