Our hours of operation are from 8:30 to 6:00 PM EST. All Orders that are placed before 2 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day depending on availability. Some products are made to order and the lead time varies from 2-5 days. We will notify you if this the case. Order vary in arrival times depending on location but you can expect your order to arrive between 1 - 5 working days TO MOST COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS. If needed, we will ship products directly from the manufacturer which may speed up the shipping process or if item is not in stock. Please be aware that our stock changes frequently. Please note that ALL Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. There is also a restocking fee of 15% on regular orders. "Special "Orders" are those that are custom made to the customers specification (Ex. Size, Length, etc) or if the manufacturer has them listed as "special order" on their end. The special order items will be noted or communicated to you prior to processing the order.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with our service and the products you buy. So if you have any question and are unsure please ask us via email before you buy. This avoids shipping charges for both parties. Regardless, if you are not satisfied we will accept your returns before the 30 days after your purchase. Remember that special orders can not be returned and all returned products must be in a good resalable condition. If there are damages caused by you there will be a restocking fee that will apply. Also please note that if items are returned to us because of a wrong address that you have provided during your checkout a $12.50 charge will be applied. UPS and FedEx charges us this amount when they return packages to us due to an incorrect address.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus freight). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
