Choose coveralls by fit, hood and access
One-piece coveralls provide continuous torso and leg coverage. Compare them with separate jackets and bibs if you regularly change layers.
- Model comparison: S501 Freezer Coveralls list 12 oz insulation and a -50°F comfort rating. S505 Hooded Freezer Coveralls provide a hooded option; check the current hood configuration on the product page.
- Fit: Check chest, waist, inseam and torso length over your layers. Sit, reach and crouch when assessing the fit.
- Moisture and visibility: Water-repellent fabric is different from waterproof construction. Confirm any required visibility standard on the exact model.
Do not apply a -60°F rating to every coverall. Comfort ratings are model-specific and do not establish a safe exposure duration.
