Compare insulated clothing, boots and headwear

Build your outfit around coverage, fit and the specific conditions of your task.

  • Garments: Compare a jacket-and-bib combination with one-piece coveralls. Choose women’s or men’s sizing from the individual model’s chart; youth clothing uses separate sizing.
  • Moisture: Cotton duck, water-repellent nylon and waterproof footwear have different uses. Check whether waterproof construction is actually specified.
  • Model-specific details: SG109 Work Boots list 600 g insulation. That is an insulation amount, not a temperature rating. Toe protection and other safety features also vary by model.

Check reach, bending and boot fit with the layers and socks you will wear. Youth outerwear should not be treated as industrial PPE.
